Hey Eimear,

your fine! best bet for support is to normally fill out a ticket Smiley I only check the forums every week or so now ^^

--------
This message can appear because of two reasons:

1)That error message is letting you know your studio name is so long it is interfering with the syncing of your studio. Remember to keep your studio name under 24 characters. I suggest no more than 10 for easy display. Change your studio name, the name in the pose stand card and reset the studio. Then you can connect the studio to the HUD and regain functionality.

2)That error message is letting you know your custom texture names are so long it is interfering with the displaying of your textures. Remember to keep your texture names under 24 characters. I suggest no more than 10 for easy display. Fix the length and reset the studio.

Hi hun,

please submit a support ticket - gets faster help and more personalized help. The forums are no longer used for support anymore.

First things first did you sync your studio correctly? your HUD should recognize your synced studio and offer you a blue drop down.

"No studios found for this HUD to connect to"

this message means
1- your studio is not synced properly
2- you are to far away from the studio (you need to be with 20m)
3- your HUD and already connected to the studio/recognized it and now the studio needs to be selected for the HUD to function.4
4- the sync timed out and you need to hit connect again to retry

Please take a look into our support videos to make sure you are synced Smiley
Also please note if you are working in a laggy area it will effect interaction b/w the studio and HUD - such as with any scripted items.

If you are still having issues please fill out a support ticket and either a rep or I will come out to see if the issue is your sync or HUD.

If you can be more specific I would love to help.

Did you check out the online guides yet? If not they are a great place to start.

Are you getting error messages? If so shoot us a support ticket Smiley It's the best way to get help in a fast detailed way. I should be able to solve/answer any questions you may have online. Else contact Levy in-world Smiley

hey hun,

gone ahead and started to address this in your support ticket - make sure also you "selected" your active studio. connecting the studio to the HUD is just the first set to getting the studio synced.

As for the pose stand, make sure the name in the card is the same as the studio else it will not respond - also you need to press RESET after changing the names or it will not sync as well

I am out of my mind with frustration!!!!

My HUD has never worked. I have gone through the steps multiple times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I have repeatedly gotten the message that I connected successfully. AND IT STILL WOULDNT work. Not a single button.

And now it's gone out of my inventory.

I've been using the public access controls. Ok, worked fine for a while other than it being a pain to get to it after I've set up a shot. NOW IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

My pose stands don't work either. And yes, I DID connect them. They DID work. And now they DON'T. I cannot advance the poses, nor can I get the stand to align or hide or anything at all.

I have tried restarting with a fresh studio. That didn't help either.

I'm getting awfully tired of clicking on buttons and nothing happening.
