[22:48]  CWS - HUD V3.0 [script:Hud Main]: Script run-time error
[22:48]  CWS - HUD V3.0 [script:Hud Main]: Stack-Heap Collision

I have not added any backgrounds or textures.  The only thing that was added was poses.  The system had been running fine for many uses and then all of a sudden the HUD stopped working.  After reboot and other things, the HUD still gives me the previously mentioned errors.

Help?Huh?

Very strange peter, I have no reports of the HUD giving out that error only the studio. We are finishing up the update for the studio and I will look into the HUD.

What where you doing when the HUD gave you this error? What function did you call?
What error was it before the Stack-Heap Error occurred?

Update

since the v3.0 to v3.1 update I have received no incidents relating to HUD errors.
I assume the issue has been solved with both the HUD and studio update, if anyone
encounters a HUD error let please post on the forum and we will look into the case.   Cool

The problem I have with the  3.01 version. Everytime I move it the studio duplicates. I know that is not a big problem, I can delete it, but just wanted to let you know.

And I have a question: In the first one, the 2.0, people were able to use the controls to hide the pose stand and the pose stand had more poses. Why do we have to buy a public hud now to let others use our studio? I want to put a studio in my shop, it attracts costumers to my shop and is good advertising for you. Why should I have to buy a hud for that?

Good to hear you're doing better Quatre.
Best wishes

- hey pearl the studio should not duplicate when you move it. makes sure you are not holding down shift when you do so. holding down shift is a way to copy items in sl that causes this duplication.

- yes currently we sell public controls separate, this was an attempt to keep costs down on users who only wanted private studios. but i always enjoy hearing feedback Smiley i'll see what i can do about placing in 'public controls' for pose stands in the next studio update

Good to hear you're doing better Quatre.

Thanks for you answer Quatre. Looking forward to next update! The new version is actually quite good, it looks great and the controls  are easy to use. I am quite happy with it. Since I am not a builder, I am not aware of what is possible and not possible to include in the studio without having to remove what was previously there so forgive me if I'm being a burden  Smiley , but it would be nice if you could keep some of the features of the previous model. Touching the screen to change the background was a time saver for example.

Best wishes

got a lot of requests for the background touch function again, so i'll see what i can do. its now scripted a certain way so it may take some time getting that function back  Undecided but it is now on my official 'thing to do' list for future studio updates  Grin
